The age-old debate continues, do you prefer a cup of gold old English Tea or a mug full of strong black Coffee?  Unless you specifically buy a decaffeinated variety both tea and coffee contain the stimulant Caffeine which has both good and bad health benefits.  Drinking one mug of Coffee tends to contain twice as much Caffeine as a mug of tea and as the safe level of digestion for the Human body is 4oomg a day and one mug of coffee contains 95mg then if you’re a coffee drinker be aware of how much you are consuming in one day!
